About the role:
The Hydrographic Data Processor is responsible for the data management, processing, and final deliverables within GEOSIGHT’s hydrographic department. Working alongside the project senior surveyor, and responsible to the survey manager, the data processor must be able to work to deadlines and prioritise their workload.
We envisage this to be a hybrid role, after an initial settling in period, with the possibility of deploying to site with the project team. Should you have the desire to build further upon your skills, there will be opportunities to work alongside our land and engineering departments on some of their exciting projects.
About us:
Established in 2016 GEOSIGHT is a young company specialising in Hydrographic, Land and Engineering Surveys. Over the past few years we have grown from a small to medium sized enterprise and have a strong pipeline of work and an exciting future. We are a RICS accredited company and actively encourage professional development with either RICS, ICES or HPAS accreditation schemes.
Nestled amongst the rolling green hills on the Wiltshire/Hampshire border, we are commutable from Southampton and Salisbury. We can help with relocation costs if required.
About you:
GEOSIGHT are looking for a detail orientated person who has the drive to improve their professional capabilities. Ideally you will have some experience within the hydrographic industry, but that is not an essential requirement.
Some other ‘nice to haves’:
Above all, we are looking for somebody willing to get involved, get stuck in and make a real difference to a company that is growing both in size and reputation. Your salary will be negotiable, dependant upon your experience, and will grow as you develop.
If this sounds like a role that you could fill, please get in touch with Jack Boorman by emailing jack@geosight3d.com with your CV.
