Promptness of response : I received an email the same day - within a very short time of making the request. I phoned and spoke to Andrew, then sent an email asking for a visit.
Quality of service : Andrew Coombes came to the house a week after initial contact made. Spent the whole day here listening and measuring - has given us a full report and some helpful guidelines.
Value for money : Told us in advance what the fee would be - no hidden costs - has charged us what we expected.
