This can be a challenging but very rewarding environment that requires a hardworking and passionate attitude to surveying, which will lead the successful candidate to a very promising and fulfilling career within GEOSIGHT where everyone’s opinion counts and is used to shape the future of the company.

GEOSIGHT offer a salary commensurate with experience, which includes additional allowances for away from home working and time off in Lieu. And for the right candidate a small relocation allowance may be available as the post does require the successful applicant to live within a commutable distance to our head office.

Trainee/Junior/Graduate Land & Hydrographic Surveyors

No experience necessary, but perhaps you have studied a relevant surveying degree in geomatics or marine sciences, or perhaps you have a good secondary school/college education with strong elements of maths, geography and earth sciences and you are looking for your first start.  GEOSIGHT are welcoming applications for the post of trainee/junior/graduate surveyor where you will learn all aspects of surveying from land surveying with total stations, laser scanning and GNSS to hydrography with multibeam echosounders and precise dimension control with highly accurate total stations.

We offer annual reviews linked to salary progression. All positions are based at our offices near Salisbury, although neither are strictly 9-5 office jobs and involve fieldwork and flexibility! You will need to be able to travel and work across Europe, with a current passport and driver’s license.

We do not discriminate in any way, but the nature of the work means you will need to be reasonably agile.

GOSIGHT offer a salary commensurate with experience, which includes additional allowances for away from home working and time off in Lieu.
